Thorough Handpiece Inspections

We take pride in our meticulous inspection process to ensure your equipment operates at its best. Each handpiece is disassembled, and all components are carefully inspected for wear and damage. We also perform a precise chuck grip test, to verify that the chuck securely holds burs as intended, without slipping. 

This ensures optimal performance and reliability of the turbine, while also providing a more affordable repair and reduces unnecessary waste.

It is not always required to replace the complete cartridge every time.

Our standard cartridge overhaul includes

  • Replacing bearings, O-rings, and seals
  • Premium ceramic ball bearings used exclusively
  • Comprehensive cleaning of air and water lines
  • Internal & external cleaning and polishing
  • Testing under load at the manufacturer’s PSI specifications
